Principal Design Architect

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Explore emerging AI tools and techniques, including prompt engineering and rapid prototyping.
• Build prototypes, test ideas, and iterate quickly to advance design.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to influence system behaviors from a design perspective.
• Identify complex design choices that shape AI-powered experiences.
• Work on execution while researching and ideating future patterns.
• Bridge collaboration between Design, PM, Engineering, Data Science, and Research.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with significant experience in product or service design.
• Portfolio showcasing AI behavior work and prototypes.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered experiences and proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
