Principal Data Scientist

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement to work in-office 4 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build metrics systems to measure business health and identify root causes of metric changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product engagement through data insights.
• Analyze large datasets to improve recommendation systems and product performance.
• Design and conduct A/B tests for algorithm evaluation and improvement.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's in Data Science or related field with extensive experience in data science.
• Experience in data modeling, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell a story with data.
