Principal Data Scientist & Analytics

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a requirement for in-office work four days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and interpret analysis results to improve products.
• Define and deliver metrics measuring user and business value.
• Design and implement experiments to drive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leaders.
