Principal Customer Experience Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end support experience excellence, develop and implement a comprehensive delivery excellence framework, monitor operational delivery teams, and lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in program management or related areas.
• Proficient with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Experience working with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
