The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Azure support volume forecasting, including accuracy and variance tracking.
  • Analyze operational data to identify root drivers and emerging risks.
  • Translate volume forecasts into clear financial impacts in partnership with Azure Finance.
  • Identify and track specific volume reduction opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and operational systems preferred.
