Responsibilities:
- Establish a new Gov Customer Resiliency function, including proactive detection and monitoring.
- Manage the full resiliency lifecycle, including incident management and architecture guidance.
- Drive operational maturity and customer experience strategy across Microsoft's Sovereign Cloud portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in program management or related areas.
- Experience in cloud environments and operational reliability roles.
