Principal Cloud Solution Architect

This role is based in the United States with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year

Responsibilities:

• Actively listen and empathize with customers to anticipate their needs and advocate for them within Microsoft.
• Drive vision for the team and customers, mentoring others to grow their technical capabilities.
• Employ a reliability-first mindset, focusing on testing features and integrating chaos engineering.
• Build relationships across teams and cultures, partnering with Microsoft Engineering.
• Define account strategies for enterprise scale customers anticipating hyper-growth.
• Measure success via resiliency targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.

Preferred: Deep technical acumen in Azure, exceptional communication skills, and experience with Azure IaaS solutions.
