Principal Cloud Solution Architect

This position is remote-first with less than 25% travel required, based in the United States.

Compensation:

USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year; USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year in specific locations.

Responsibilities:

• Actively listen and empathize with customers to anticipate their needs.
• Drive vision for the team and customers, mentoring others to grow their technical capabilities.
• Employ a reliability-first mindset, focusing on proactive testing and innovation.
• Build relationships across Microsoft and with customer decision-makers.
• Define account strategies for enterprise-scale customers.
• Measure success via customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• Deep technical acumen in Azure and SQL Server.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
