This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the AI engineering pod, hiring and developing a team of Applied AI Engineers.
  • Own engineering execution for agentic AI services, driving the lifecycle from spec to deployment.
  • Set technical direction and engineering standards, ensuring production-quality C# and Python.
  • Ensure deployed AI agents meet quality, performance, and safety standards.
  • Influence product and platform roadmaps by partnering with product and platform engineering teams.
  • Drive measurable business impact through KPIs like case volume reduction and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices are embedded in all agent systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Python and C# with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems.
  • Experience with LLM-based systems and cloud platforms (Azure).
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
