Policy Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead safety assessments for consumer products, especially AI-driven services.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build relationships to integrate safety-by-design materials into product development.
• Manage and document Digital Safety requirements across various teams.
• Design internal change management practices for safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in trust and safety or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Safety or content moderation.
• Experience in program management supporting online safety is preferred.
