MTS - Platform Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, WA, requiring in-office work 4 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build secure and performant AI Platform services that power Copilot.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop next-generation AI products.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code quickly and iteratively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 10+ years.
• 8+ years of experience building scalable services on cloud infrastructure.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
