This position is based in Redmond, Washington with a minimum of 3 days/week in-office.
Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate production-grade generative AI and multimodal systems.
- Contribute to core GenAI capabilities and make data-driven tradeoffs.
- Improve model and system quality using evaluation frameworks.
- Work with security and compliance partners to meet enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate through design reviews and code reviews.
- Partner with product and customers to translate requirements into APIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI.
- Experience with cloud environments and MLOps practices.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning is preferred.
