This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with an expectation of 4 days in-office work per week.
Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of runtime threat defense capabilities embedded in Copilot.
- Translate ambiguous AI threat models into actionable engineering plans.
- Coordinate delivery across security engineering, AI research, and product teams.
- Define operability metrics for threat defenses and ensure they are measurable in production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or technical program management.
- 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Preferred: 12+ years experience and a background in security engineering or ML systems.
