Responsibilities:

  • Hire, manage, and lead a team of software engineers.
  • Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI-powered products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product leadership.
  • Write and review code, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Guide architecture and design efforts.
  • Build and maintain testing strategies.
  • Drive implementation of features and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 3 years of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technical engineering experience or a Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
