Member of Technical Staff, Engineering Manager - Copilot Applications

This position is based in Mountain View, California, requiring in-office presence 4 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of fullstack engineers, driving project planning and feature design.
• Make hands-on contributions to the codebase and infrastructure.
• Guide architecture and design efforts, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
• Ship AI-powered experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 6+ years of people management experience preferred.
