Member of Technical Staff - Data Scientist

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement to work in-office four days a week.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product insights and opportunity analysis for Microsoft Copilot.
• Define metrics and build data pipelines for A/B experimentation.
• Analyze large volumes of telemetry data using various algorithms and tools.
• Communicate insights to influence leadership and key decision makers.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to optimize user growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Data Science or related field with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical techniques.
