Member of Technical Staff - Copilot AI Evaluation Engineering Manager

This role is based in Mountain View, California.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software and AI engineers to deliver LLM evaluation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to prioritize features.
• Design evaluation platforms and techniques to enhance copilot quality.
• Ensure alignment with release plans and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ML and/or AI evaluation.
