This role is based in London, UK.

Overview:

Microsoft AI is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, AI Networking to design and scale the world’s most advanced high-performance networks powering Copilot and next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and scale distributed Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics for AI training clusters.
• Benchmark, profile, debug, and tune AI workloads in production clusters.
• Engineer ultra-low-latency ROCE networks and optimize lossless fabrics.
• Collaborate with Azure, Microsoft AI, and datacenter teams.

Qualifications:

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
