Member of Technical Staff, AI Networking - MAI Superintelligence Team

This role is part of the MAI Superintelligence Team at Microsoft, responsible for building advanced networking systems that support AI training clusters.

Responsibilities:

• Design and scale distributed Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics for AI workloads.
• Benchmark, profile, and debug AI training and inference processes.
• Collaborate with Azure and datacenter teams to implement cutting-edge networking solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Work Environment:

4 days a week in-office, with less than 25% travel expected.
