Member of Technical Staff, AI Data - MAI Superintelligence Team

This role is based in London, United Kingdom.

Overview:

Help build the world’s most advanced multimodal dataset at Microsoft AI. The AI Data team is responsible for data preparation to support model pre-training operations, including data collection, extraction, and transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines for multi-modal training data (text, audio, images, video).
• Build and maintain infrastructure to store and process petabytes of data.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data recipes through experimentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in business analytics, data science, software development, or data engineering.
• Expertise in large scale data engineering, Spark, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
