This role is based in Madrid, Spain with a hybrid work model (2 days/week in-office).
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and change management in customer AI transformation.
- Lead architectural design and engage with decision-makers to ensure sustained usage of M365 solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions with sales teams.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to improve Microsoft products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and M365 solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, M365 Security, and Copilot technologies.
- Knowledge of tenant migrations and compliance.
