Lease Delivery Program Manager

This role is based in Chicago, Illinois, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage risk with lessor leadership and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align program activities with company goals.
• Monitor and report on program data related to risk, schedule, KPIs, and budget.
• Represent Microsoft as a safety advocate, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 5+ years relevant experience OR 7+ years equivalent experience.
