Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Growth & Experimentation team and help improve priority customer journeys through insight-led growth strategy, experimentation, personalization, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth levers across priority Microsoft.com businesses and customer journeys.
  • Develop repeatable growth strategies and playbooks.
  • Use web analytics and customer insights to diagnose performance.
  • Partner with experimentation managers to translate growth levers into testable opportunities.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years experience in growth marketing or related fields.
