Overview:

As a Group Engineering Manager, you will lead the COSMIC Application Platform, focusing on building a global-scale Kubernetes-based service platform for Microsoft's productivity workloads.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow multiple engineering teams.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities.
  • Partner with product management and architects to translate platform priorities.
  • Establish and track success metrics for platform adoption and reliability.
  • Mentor Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
