Group Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision and technical roadmap for experimentation and analytics across Microsoft 365.
• Own the development of a scalable attribution platform connecting user events to business outcomes.
• Deliver actionable insights and measurement frameworks for product decisions.
• Ensure scalable and reliable metrics frameworks and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and data science teams.
• Manage and grow a team of software engineers and engineering managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 6+ years in building large-scale data-driven services.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
