Global Solution Architect - M365 Copilot

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor using AI fundamentals and Copilot for M365.
• Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams.
• Engage with decision-makers to drive usage of Microsoft solutions.
• Lead architecture design sessions and address customer queries.
• Identify and resolve issues blocking customer success projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions and experience with M365 Copilot.
• Technical certification in cloud technologies is preferred.
