Overview:

Microsoft’s GWS Development team is seeking an innovative and experienced Sr MEP Engineering Manager to lead the development and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across our global corporate office portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global MEP design standards and specifications for new construction, retrofit, and life cycle replacement projects.
  • Provide oversight on highly complex or large-scale projects.
  • Identify opportunities for performance optimization and energy efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with sustainability teams to advance corporate environmental goals through MEP initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in building systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial building MEP systems design, operation, and optimization.

Compensation:

USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year
