Compensation:
USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of hiring plans for complex organizations.
- Partner with executives and HR to identify talent needs and advise on market availability.
- Analyze external market data to inform sourcing strategies.
- Create and maintain external talent maps and competitive intelligence strategies.
- Engage candidates and maintain accurate candidate qualifications and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 5+ years experience in sourcing executive level talent.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape in the US.
- Advanced communication and relationship management skills.
