Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of hiring plans for complex organizations.
  • Partner with executives and HR to identify talent needs and advise on market availability.
  • Analyze external market data to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Create and maintain external talent maps and competitive intelligence strategies.
  • Engage candidates and maintain accurate candidate qualifications and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  • 5+ years experience in sourcing executive level talent.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape in the US.
  • Advanced communication and relationship management skills.
