USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year

You will play a critical role in shaping Microsoft’s future by attracting and developing the next generation of AI innovators.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute inclusive recruiting strategies for early-in-profession AI talent.
• Partner with technical leaders to create compelling candidate experiences.
• Develop and sustain university-based talent pools for internships and full-time roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, or technical engineering roles preferred.
