Dynamics 365 FastTrack Solutions Architect

This role is based in Australia with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office per week).

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical expert to drive product adoption and resolve issues.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful solution deployments.
• Communicate progress and challenges to internal and external teams.
• Understand customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Influence product teams to prioritize customer needs.
• Document success stories and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.

Travel: Occasional travel (25-50%) is expected.
