As a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Engineer, you will lead AI transformation engagements with deep CRM domain expertise. Your role involves owning the technical win strategy and supporting AI Business Process Sales Specialists (SSPs) by building strong relationships with C-Suite executives, Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
Your responsibilities include orchestrating and executing proof of concepts (POCs), envisioning workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical demonstrations that showcase the business value of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent solutions.
