Compensation:

USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year

Overview:

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead a team focused on product-led growth, enhancing user awareness and adoption of Microsoft's apps and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the vision for product-led growth across Microsoft's consumer ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and execute in-product experiments.
  • Drive inbound and outbound marketing strategies to enhance user engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performance marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record in product marketing and growth marketing.
