Design Recruiter

This role is based in the United States with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute inclusive recruiting strategies to engage top design talent.
• Partner with design and engineering leaders to align hiring frameworks and adapt approaches.
• Translate evolving skill needs into effective hiring strategies.
• Build authentic candidate experiences from engagement through offer.
• Contribute to defining and hiring for the next generation of design roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for designers and creative technologists.
