USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute inclusive recruiting strategies to engage top design talent.
- Partner with design and engineering leaders to align hiring frameworks and adapt approaches.
- Translate evolving skill needs into effective hiring strategies.
- Build authentic candidate experiences from engagement through offer.
- Contribute to defining and hiring for the next generation of design roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for designers and creative technologists.
