Overview:

The Microsoft Teams Data Science team fosters a data-driven culture to enhance decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to analyze data, develop key metrics, and drive business insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key metrics to achieve business outcomes.
  • Translate business problems into data analysis questions.
  • Communicate vision and strategy to enable global teams.
  • Analyze data to find insights impacting the business.
  • Design and analyze experiments for product changes.
  • Utilize SQL, R, Python for data analysis.
  • Build relationships with product and business leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s in Data Science or related field with relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, particularly in online services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and experience with large-scale computing systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
