Compensation:
USD $81,400 - $161,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives.
- Troubleshoot service incidents and escalate as needed.
- Follow safety policies and participate in root cause analysis.
- Engage in collaboration across teams and provide mentorship.
Qualifications:
- High School Qualification or equivalent AND 2+ years experience in IT or related technology.
- Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in Critical Environment infrastructures.
- Technical College degree in a related field is a plus.
