USD $81,400 - $161,800 per year
Overview:
As a Microsoft Data Center Program Manager (DCPM), you will perform troubleshooting for service incidents, manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders. You will also follow safety policies and procedures and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure expectations are met.
- Perform troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate as appropriate.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness on cost and adhere to budget requirements.
Qualifications:
Required: High School Qualification or equivalent AND 2+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or working in physical IT infrastructures.
