Data Analyst

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a work schedule of 4 days in-office per week.

Compensation:

USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year

Overview:

As a Data Analyst in the Analytics & Applications team, you will help the Small and Medium Business organization achieve its growth objectives through data analytics, insights, and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop actionable insights for business leaders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve data quality and deliver scalable insights.
• Identify data sources and contribute to recommendations.
• Evaluate analytical techniques and share findings with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience in data analysis.

Preferred: Experience with SQL and Power BI, and strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
