This is a great opportunity to join Microsoft’s People Analytics team as we build the AI systems that put trusted, self-serve people-data answers in the hands of the whole HR community.
Responsibilities- Build and extend our people-analytics MCP server: add new datasets, improve answer quality, and cut response times.
- Diagnose and fix bugs across our AI tools, and test rigorously before things ship.
- Partner across the People Analytics team to build and test GitHub Copilot skills that encode analytical methods.
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting.
