Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical issues faced by customers using Microsoft Intune.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve customer experience.
- Engage with critical customer accounts to provide support.
- Identify trends from customer feedback to drive product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technology, cloud, or customer experience engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and troubleshooting complex issues.
