Customer Experience Engineer

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex technical issues faced by customers using Microsoft Intune.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve customer experience.
• Engage with critical customer accounts to provide support.
• Identify trends from customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technology, cloud, or customer experience engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and troubleshooting complex issues.
