Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex technical issues faced by customers in critical environments.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering to improve customer experience and product quality.
- Provide Mission Critical Support to key customer accounts using Intune.
- Identify trends and drive improvements based on customer feedback.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and automate complex solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based services and Microsoft management solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Windows 11, Mobile Device Management, and Autopilot.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
