Critical Environment Program Manager

Location:

Netherlands, Noord-Holland, Middenmeer

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead programs to ensure compliance with infrastructure standards.
• Drive cost and energy efficiency across critical systems.
• Oversee and coordinate Critical Environment audits and compliance verifications.
• Deliver a robust KPI reporting framework.
• Manage a comprehensive project portfolio and implement a risk management framework.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on internal Microsoft CO+I standards related to uptime, safety, and compliance.
• Communicate project and program status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate third-party vendor activities while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in operations-heavy environments such as data centers or manufacturing.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
