Complex Solution Architect

This role is based in Singapore, Singapore with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions.
• Build relationships with client C-suite and Microsoft leadership.
• Develop financial models to support deal viability.
• Engage throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud/infrastructure technologies and digital transformation.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, Azure, AWS, or similar are preferred.
