Complex Solution Architect

This role is based in Australia with opportunities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions.
• Build strong relationships with client C-suite and Microsoft leadership.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with client investment strategies.
• Navigate the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract execution.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to foster excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Strong business acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, or Azure preferred.
