Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Executives.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure compliance in sales processes.
- Lead negotiations and develop creative commercial solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to define negotiation strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of sales and negotiation experience.
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Master's Degree preferred with additional years of experience.
