The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and usage of Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to improve services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer success projects.
  • Demonstrate a self-learner mindset in relevant technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Technical certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
