Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enablement of Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions.
  • Develop opportunities to drive customer success business results.
  • Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.
  • Demonstrate continuous self-directed learning in relevant technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and technical projects.
  • Technical certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
