Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $165,000 - CAD $313,300 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of senior Cloud Solution Architects focused on Data, AI, App Innovation, and Infrastructure.
  • Coach your team to deliver secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end technical delivery and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Align team efforts with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI strategy.
  • Guide the development and reuse of repeatable intellectual property to accelerate solution deployment.
  • Champion customer success by building trusted relationships and influencing product improvements.
  • Promote continuous learning and technical depth within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS).
