Cloud Solution Architecture (French Speaker)

This role is based in Paris, France.

Responsibilities:

• Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve Microsoft Business Applications.
• Identify resolutions to issues blocking project go-live.
• Engage in relevant communities to share expertise and accelerate customer transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and customer-facing roles.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred.
