This role is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with a requirement of 2 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and provide insights from customer interactions.
  • Support customers through the adoption lifecycle of Microsoft security products.
  • Deliver technical presentations and propose high-level solutions.
  • Run Architectural Design Sessions to align solutions with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft security solutions and Zero Trust strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior IT executives.
