Cloud Solution Architect for Power Platform

This position is based in Zürich, Switzerland with a hybrid working model combining remote and on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
• Provide feedback and insights from customers/partners back to relevant Microsoft teams.
• Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results.
• Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live or broad usage of projects.
• Identify growth opportunities based on customer/partner needs.
• Engage in relevant communities to share expertise and accelerate customer transformation journeys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field with solid experience in cloud technologies.
• Deep technical expertise in Power Platform, including Governance and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Fluency in German is required for collaboration with local customers.
